Frankrike, judiska dödsfall under deportation
Den här databasen innehåller uppgifter om 7346 deporterade franska kvinnor för vilka det upprättats intyg om deras försvinnande.
As the war ended in 1945, people realized that thousands of individuals deported by the German army would not be returning. Surviving family members could request a Certificate of Disappearance as a preliminary to a final decree of death. This database contains details on 7,346 French female deportees for whom requests for Certificates of Disappearance were made.
Entries may include the following details:
- gender
- name
- maiden name
- place of birth (country, department, city)
- date of birth
- place of death
- date of death
- comments
- original data in French
Note: Death dates are given as the date the deportee left in a convoy, and place of death is the internment camp the convoy was destined to. These may or may not be the actual date and place of death.
